Welcome to San Pedro Delight.
We are very pleased to welcome you to our beautiful San Pedro rental unit.
Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy the complimentary beverages and snacks.
We’re offering a charming one-bedroom unit attached to our house, ideally located near the freeway, hospitals, and a variety of stores and restaurants like Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Albertsons, etc.
You’ll also find a gym club, convenient public transportation, and even a delightful donut shop right across the street.
It’s a very private and convenient space with exclusive access, perfect for your stay!
Bedroom:
There is a queen bedroom in the unit. There are extra pillows, blankets, linens in the unit. If you need any additional towels or linens, please send us a text message and we will have more brought to you.
Open concept-Living room/ kitchen/ dining rooms combination.
Also, for the sleeping arrangements, we have a pull-out sofa that can accommodate two people.
Entertainment.
There are two smart TVs in the unit, they have built-in streaming apps: Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, etc.
Which you can log in using your own account.
Please make sure you log out of the account before you check out.
Kitchen:
The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, range hood, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. You’ll also find a garbage disposal and a spacious granite sink. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, including all the dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Plus, we even provide a variety of spices to enhance your culinary experience!
The unit includes washer and dryer for your convenience as well.
Outside the unit you will find cozy rest/ smoking area with lounge chairs and BBQ.
Arrival:
When you arrive at the property.
You can park in the garage which you will share with the owner.
Your parking spot will be on the left side of the garage, and you will be provided with the remote-control garage door opener upon arrival. Which needs to be returned at the end of your stay, failure to return garage door opener, will be charge a fee of $25.
Or you will have another alternative to park. There is one parking spot on the driveway for you, which is going to be on the left side of the driveway. Our driveway is very steep. Make sure your car has good emergency brakes.
Upon arrival and parking, guests can either use the gate located on the right side of the garage, or if parked inside the garage, they can simply use the rear garage door to exit to the steps up to the unit. Once on the property, guests will find the unit entrance behind the garage and a smart lock will be attached to the door. To unlock it, guests will use the last four digits of their phone number. This ensures a seamless and convenient check-in experience.
We have high-speed Wi-Fi that you can use freely.

Upon arrival, all the beds have been made for you. All towels are in a closet in the bathroom. Each guest is issued two towels, one hand towel and one bath towel. Guests are responsible for the number of towels issued. Guests will be charged for each missing towel $25 for bath towels and $15 for hand towels.
Via the RMB, VRBO, Deep Advisor, Evolve guest collection portal.
There are extra pillows and blankets in the bedroom's closet. If you need any additional towels, we are ready to help.
First aid kit and fire extinguisher.
There is a first aid kit in a cabinet in the kitchen and a fire extinguisher in the entrance.
Extra guests:
Please notify me in advance, even at the very last minute, if you must change the number of guests. I will be happy to adjust the booking through the booking website. If you arrive with an unregistered guest, I will immediately and very regretfully turn you away with no refund in accordance with the booking website protocol.
Remember to review the house rules and guests of guests are not allowed to stay. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property at any time.
Undeclared unpaid guests discovered after checking in will be $120 per night for each person applied to the entire length of the state of the reservation. And if over our occupancy limit (4) guests will be required to leave immediately upon discovery and or their stay may be canceled without refund.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Absolutely NO parties or events are allowed
2. Absolutely NO smoking, drugs of any kind on the premises
3. Small pets only (under 20 pounds). Extra $25 for each pet per day.
4. Absolutely NO burning candles or incense
5. In respect to our neighbors, please do not make loud noises after 10:00 PM
The property will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owners control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc.
For items inside the Owner's control, Owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest's responsibility to notify Owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems Owner is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems cause by actions of Guest or due to Guest's
failure to immediately notify Owner of any problems.
Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
Owner is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming all the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
• We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance for extenuating circumstances.
• By booking this space you are agreeing to these house rules.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property.
• We expect the guests to respect the neighborhood and neighbors.
• Please no smoking in the unit. If you are found to have been smoking in the unit you agree to pay an additional
$750.00 cleaning fee.
