Building was built in the 1930s Belmont Heights,Great neighborhood, 3 blocks from Beach, Walking Distance to great food and shopping. 10 min from Queen Mary, Downtown Long Beach, Pine Ave, The Pike, 25 min from Knotts Berry Farm, Soak City, Disneyland, California Adventure, The Cottage is very charming, Very Beachy,Clean has everything you need for a great trip, murphy bed is full size,very comfortable, coach makes into a full size bed, with storage and has extra bedding pillow etc, it has it's own little patio with lights table, chairs and Barb-q, TV, Cable, Wi-fi, Pets are welcome.Kitchen has all the amenities, like being at home.
Great neighborhood parking is not a problem. Laundry room on site. Long Beach has alot to see and do. I want my guest to have a memoriable experience, I am flexiable and willing to work with most special requests. Upon arrival my guest are welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine and a personalized treat as a Thank You for staying at my bungulow.

Amazing Stay

We had a fantastic stay at the bungalow while we were in town for a conference. It was only a few blocks from the beach, so a short walk away but not busy at night with out of town visitors staying at the beach. The bungalow was very comfortable and the prefect size for a weekend stay. Tracy is an amazing host and checked in to see if we needed anything.

Long Beach again.

This is my 3rd year coming back and staying in Long Beach. Although I’m never terribly fussy about the decor or property, I can say that location was a key. I’m only there to sleep and out and away for most of the time. Neighbors were friendly and polite. Thank you.

Perfect for weekend stay

The vintage bungalow worked out great for our family of three. The full kitchen and sitting area allowed us to eat in and relax. The location provided easy access to other areas. It was a good desk too compared to hotels.

Fantastic Location

Great tidy space with everything you'd need for a stay, perfect location just a short walk from the beach and little outdoor sitting area for those warm days. Coin operated laundry on site was useful and grocery store nearby as well as some great restaurants.

Great experience!

Tracey's bungalow was perfect for my 2 week stay in Long Beach. The location is great, with a quick, easy walk to the beach. The bungalow was super clean and well stocked, and Tracey is a gracious host. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute little beach getaway!

This is a cute little unit with so much charm! Built in 1923 it is small but has great location. The neighbors are friendly. Great for pets. This is our second visit and look forward to coming back next year.

Cute and perfect

My dogs and I had the pleasure staying here for a short period of time. It was a perfect size for us. This casita is nearby everything. In a nice neighborhood which we enjoyed walking around. Can walk to a lot of places. The kitchen had everything that you need. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to be local or want just a quiet place to stay.

Darling bungalow

This little apartment is a wonderful taste of Old Long Beach. It is a beautifully decorated and comfortable place to stay while exploring the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. It had everything I needed to be comfortable for my 5-day stay. I loved that I could walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, whatever. I just hope it is available on any future trips!

Great stay for the weekend!

Tracey was a fantastic host and answered any questions I had. Our flight got in earlier than check in but she allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could go explore without hauling it around. We were very appreciative of that. The home is older so it does have a bit of a musty smell to it but it was clean and decorated wonderfully. It’s in a great location and made walking to everything super easy. The back door needs to be fixed but that didn’t affect our stay. Thank you, Tracey!

Beautiful home away from home

We loved this place! Well, I loved it. I love old buildings. My husband prefers newer buildings, but he managed to enjoy himself none the less. The studio is full of old-school charm. It's beautifully and tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. We did struggle a bit with the double bed - not what we are used to - but we both slept well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling alone, but the small bed unfortunately takes it out of contention for another couple's retreat. Definitely 5 stars all the way!

1st Time to Cali

My daughter recently moved to Cali and has actually stayed in this same unit — she is just a 3 min walk away! She recommended us this unit. We plan on coming back a few times a year and will be staying at your place as long as it is available. We did not use the kitchen as we ate our nightly while she was showing us around - so convenient to walk everywhere. The unit was clean. I was a little worried about the bed being a double size, but my husband and I were fine. The tub is a little bit of a high step in and out - the water pressure could be a little stronger. There were plenty of towels for showers. Like I said, we will be back if this unit is available.

Vacation stay

This is a studio duplex in a small, old cottages in a fairly good neighborhood. We were greeted by the resident cockroach when we opened the kitchen cabinet. Very small kitchen so cooking is pretty much limited. Murphy bed was okay but the old claw foot tub was wrapped in tile so it is very hard getting in and out of the tub to take a shower. We couldn't get the tv to work so called the 5 phone numbers listed and all calls went to voice mails. Only one person returned the call but he was in Mexico so... we ended up replacing the batteries in the remote and it worked no thanks to the management. I think this was a "fail"......

Nice property

This is an older property that has been well maintained. It is nicely decorated and is well stocked with linens, kitchen products, etc. We were pleased that it was in a very quiet area. Only negative was that the TV died 2 days into our stay. Not a big deal for us since we spent most of our time with family members that lived in the area. I would rent this property again.

Great accommodations

We had a great time there, the place was clean and there was enough room. Only complaint is the coffee machine needed cleaned, coffee grounds in my coffee was not preferable. Everything else was great and the people in the complex were very friendly.

Great little place overall

Overall great stay. I would say the place is comfortable for 2 adults but gets cramped with any more than that. While it does sleep 3, there is only 2 beds so someone will have to share. Beautiful area and neighborhood, a ton of places to eat within walking distance and a good price compared to the rest of the availability in the area. The only other issue was the shower pressure not being good, but I think that's just an overall thing with the water issues in California. Also, parking can be challenging on Tuesday evenings as they collect garbage on Wednesdays and a lot of spots are taken up by receptacles.
