The property was exactly as advertised and Zach was a great host. We’d stay here again if the need arises.

Zach was a great host, was quick to respond if we ever had a question. Location is great, near grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The layout is super cute and I appreciate the warm welcome to the Long Beach area!

Zach’s place was as advertised: clean, convenient, and a perfect landing spot for two. It worked great for our needs and would recommend.

Zach and his family have set up the nicest place with EVERYTHING you need to make you feel at home in Long Beach—they’ve even got all the equipment to bake cookies! It’s pristine clean and interior is super cute but still very functional. Definitely one of the very best places (and Hosts!) that I’ve stayed at, by far :)I almost don’t want to leave a review, just to keep this gem a secret to keep all to myself when I come back to Long Beach!

This was my second time—and great as always with some upgrades like the air fryer!Zach and his family are always so accommodating to all the weird requests—like external monitors or hole punchers… Will be back in a few months! Thanks so much again :)

Description in the app should match the actual description of the house.

Sad to see this review from you, given all the additional accommodations I gave you because of a mistake I made on the listing (that is now fixed). I also gave you every opportunity to cancel your reservation from the beginning due to my error, but you decided to stay and now your review is very misleading. If you look at every other review, everyone says the apartment is exactly as described and pictured.

Excellent place! Close to lots of things! We did an extended stay (about 2 weeks) and it was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and well kept. Excellent laundry facilities, full compliment of kitchen utensils, well stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed the privacy of the back yard and used the outdoor sitting area to enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktails. But, the best part of the stay was the host family. They are on property and checked on us just enough to make sure we were comfortable but not so much as to make us feel “smothered”. We will stay there again if in the area! Thank you, Zach and Michelle!
