Just listed! Be the first to stay at this beautifully remolded home only a block from the beach!! Right in the middle of everything. Yoga on the bluff, shopping and dining at The Pike. The home is queitly nestled back from the street with plenty yard space for the kids to play outdoors and even a trampoline for some energy release! We are only a couple of miles from the Queen Mary, the Pike, Convention Center and all Cruise ports! We love to host!

Found mice droppings in the sleeper sofa, parking spot was infringed upon by other tenants, couldn't fit. Smells like urine. Host has not gotten back to me regarding the issues that made us have to find a hotel, too unsanitary to stay there- no answer

I was optimistic about my stay here but unfortunately when I arrived the unit had a foul smell and all the windows were open. I assume to try and get the smell out of the unit. I contacted site immediately seeking a refund which was denied.

Very Nice

Eileen was very responsive and flexible. We had a little mix up with the checkin and she cleared it up immediately. Neighborhood is great, nice that it has a parking spot given the area.

Check in was easy but unit was not very clean, no top sheet on bed, blinds do not fit windows so light shining in made sleeping difficult. It was more like a college flop house than a place to relax. The price was right but not if you want cleanliness and cozy comfort.

Didn't seem like the best neighborhood. When we got there we noticed that all the windows were open later on inn the day after closing the windows there was a smell almost like molded wood. After waking in a few spots on the floor there was soft spots almost like the floor was going to give in. I believe they just put laminated flooring over the old rotted floor.

Why they chose this property

I choose this home on the beach because I thought it was the most beautiful home on the block! As soon as I saw it my heart skipped.. It had so much life (greenery) and a white picket fence (which since then has been upgraded). Something I always wanted! I really fell in love with the distance from the water, which is just a couple of short blocks. Literally across the street. At night in the latest hours, if you listen closely you can hear the waves..

What makes this property unique

This house was on the market to be sold for 6 years before I bought it. It was kinda like it was waiting on me..🫶🏽
