About a mile away from Singing Beach, downtown restaurants, shopping, train to Boston, grocery store, & coffee shops. And just a few hundred feet from the new town pickle-ball courts!!

Ideal location to explore Gloucester, Rockport, Essex, Beverly, and Salem. Also close to both Gordon & Endicott College; and Landmark, Glen Urquhart, and Brookwood schools.

Experience the comfort of a modern two-level townhome with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, offering a cozy retreat for up to 6 guests. The home boasts a stunning chef's kitchen, seamlessly connecting to the living room and creating an ideal space for cooking, hosting, and entertaining.

On the main floor, find the kitchen, dining room, a full bathroom, a living room with a TV, and a master bedroom featuring a TV, closet, and a king-size bed. The second bedroom on this floor includes two twin-sized beds.

The upper floor includes a third bedroom with a full-size bed, a washer and dryer for added convenience, a half bathroom, and a versatile fourth bedroom or bonus room with a twin-size bed and a desk. This thoughtfully designed townhome offers a contemporary and inviting atmosphere for a memorable stay.

Please note that this townhouse is located in a building with another unit. This unit begins on the 2nd floor and extends to the 3rd floor. A single-level garden-style unit is located on the first floor. This unit has access to the front door, foyer area, driveway, and deck but not the yard.

Clean and Cozy

My family had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable, cozy, and updated. Only 22 minutes to Salem, a short walk into downtown Manchester By The Sea, and 40 from the airport. We felt very at home here. Would love to stay here again!

Great location to use as a base for any activities on the North Shore of Boston. I would utilize the property again.You can walk to the train station for travel to Salem Boston, or Gloucester Rockport.Lani is a very responsive host—an enjoyable time in Manchester.

Manchester by the Sea

My wife, adult daughter, and our dog recently stayed at the property. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown. We walked downtown several times during our visit. The kitchen and appliances were great. The beds and linens were quality. The stairs to the second floor could be tough for less mobile folks. Having the two upper floors was nice.
