This is an amazing property. Every room is beautifully appointed. This home is located on the popular Northside of the island. This is the perfect location for water activities - swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, waterside bonfires, beautiful sunrises and sunsets! This home is also conveniently located just a few miles from the 4 corners and you can ride you ATV or Side x Side to the trails from this home. Boasting an expansive deck across the waterside of the house. The backyard is private and great for windy days or room for kids to play. The water goes out gradually and is a combination of limestone slabs, small rocks and sandy areas.

This custom log home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10. Upon entering you walk in to a large living room that is open to both the kitchen and dining room, as well as, an enclosed sun room. Behind the kitchen is a laundry room and half bath. These large areas offer plenty of space for everyone in your group. The front of the house is all windows with beautiful views of Potagannising Bay and life on the water. The downstairs Master is large and has an ensuite. Upstairs there is a roomy and comfortable loft/ family room with windows also offering great views of Potagannising Bay. In the loft there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and two twins with an ensuite; Bedroom 2 has a Full bed and Bedroom 3 has two twins. There is a full bathroom right near bedrooms 2 & 3 in the loft area.

This home also offers a dock with approximately 3 feet of water and 3 Kayaks. If you have a larger boat there is a marina just 2 miles away. This home does NOT accept pets.
You can ride a side x side or 4-wheeler from this home to the trail heads. Three kayaks are provided with this rental.
