It was exactly what I was looking for - spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient to everything in Starkville. Really enjoyed being able to walk to everything (super friendly neighbors!), and the house was quiet for being on a well-traveled street. Great front porch, too. Will definitely stay again if schedule allows.

Hey , I stayed there Fri-Sun and I didn’t like that the bathroom tub had black stuff coming out the tub . Roaches was all over the floor & on da wall . Covers was dirty & the odor was outrageous in there . The chairs were broke .

It was clean but several complaints- AC reset to 85 every few hours for no apparent reason. Light shines directly in to bedroom on left side all night long, curtains would be wonderful. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom Dryer doesn’t work and sounds like it’s falling when you turn it on False advertisement on double beds - it’s twin beds and we had to go buy 2 blow up twin mattresses.

My Family did not want to go home!

My daughter's family had to stay at the Vrbo while they had some ceiling repairs done. They really loved it. It is a very convenient location to downtown and is steps from a pick-up for the city bus system. While there are great places to dine in Starkville [many of which are walking distance from this rental] - the rental is short on kitchen supplies. Still the kids cooked several meals there. Parking can be tight when all the units near the house are rented. Beyond ants found feasting on food under the couch and a few beer cans on the back porch the house was very clean. The property manager is totally awesome and I highly recommend! Great communication and very friendly. If I had family coming to visit or if my daughter's family home needs more renovation this rental would be first on my list to contact.
