We rent by the Week Only for a price comparable to other resorts for only select festival days.
Walk to the venue from your condo in a gated country club 1.5 miles from the festival! Unit has 2bdrm + 1 bath, general living area + breakfast nook & fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms incl. 1 Queen, 2 twins and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It accommodates 6 guests. Unit is a single story with drive up access. Resort has multiple pools & spas, guest laundry, BBQs and large lawn areas. It is adjacent to a 27 hole golf course, country club restaurant & pro shop. Discount on golf for guests. It has free parking and WIFi with the additional security of a gated community with drive up access. Beautiful large new pool complex in addition to another pool and multiple hot tubs. Private patios with some that open poolside. There is a single weekly resort charge of about $35.
