Welcome to our charming South Jordan retreat, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home perfect for your Utah getaway. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this space provides a cozy atmosphere with modern amenities. Unwind in the private hot tub after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The backyard offers a BBQ area for delightful outdoor meals, and a trampoline for added fun. *For any 5 night or longer, enjoy one complimentary 60 minute in-house massage(message for availability).*

Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in South Jordan, Utah – the perfect blend of comfort and convenience! Bedroom 1 features a luxurious queen bed for a restful night's sleep. In Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, you'll find additional queen beds, ensuring everyone has their own cozy haven. Bedroom 4 is a delightful space for kids with two comfortable single beds.

Indulge in relaxation in our backyard oasis, complete with a soothing hot tub – perfect for unwinding under the Utah stars. The BBQ area offers a chance for delightful outdoor dining, and the trampoline adds a touch of playful fun.

With a 2-car garage, parking is a breeze, and the fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need for home-cooked meals. Whether you're exploring South Jordan's attractions or simply enjoying the comfort of our home, your stay promises to be a memorable experience for all!

Backyard and main floor / upstairs is completely private spaces. There is a mother in law apartment rented separately downstairs.

We do have an active exterior camera - pointed at the road at the entrance. Kindly note that credit card processing fees exceeding $100 will not be refunded in the event of a full refund.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

Spacious, modern home about 20 minutes from the bottom of little cottonwood. The hot tub was great. Plenty of stores and restaurants are nearby.

Great Place and Massage!!

We absolutely love this house, the communication was quick and everything went smoothly. This is our second time renting this place, and highly recommend this house. Spacious, hot tub, and nice area. We will be renting this house again for our new project!!

The house was just as described. We had top come to town for a funeral and this house was in the perfect location. Peaceful neighborhood and close to many shops/ restaurants. The host was great at answering any questions.

Pros- great location, quiet neighborhood, hot tub, nice houseCons- there is not a thermostat! We were so hot..I would text the host daily to turn down the heat. It would seem to be better for awhile but it would kick back on full blast at night…nobody slept because we were so hot!Also, there are tenants living downstairs in the basement. I don’t think that was disclosed in the description of the house. If it was, I missed it.

Spacious well equipped home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious, well equipped and in a nice neighborhood. There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway with garage access. Our host Mandi was responsive and communicated clearly. There is an apartment in the basement separated from the upstairs by a locked interior door. At times we could hear the family and pets living in the apartment. Overall this home was a comfortable place to stay.

The ad says “entire house” but 5 paragraphs down (after repeating information in the first 3, so one stops reading carefully) it says a mother-in-law suite in basement is a separate rental. Honestly I didn’t read that far down so was shocked to hear laughter in the basement. That didn’t feel like something we wanted so we left within an hour of checking in.
