A Great Country Retreat
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this charming private farm. There is so much to do just outside your door but we also really loved sitting in the windows and watching nature happen. It was so quiet at night compared to the city where we live. All kinds of wildlife and from a very clean and comfy historic home. We were snug as a bug. Just outside are many trails that wander through the mountains for hiking, cross country skiing, snow mobiling or ATVs. Plenty of plowed parking for my trailer. The whole place was meticulously clean and we brought our own groceries and cooked our own meals in the finely appointed kitchen. I highly recommend this country getaway! And it was more affordable than many of the competing opportunities we found in the Bethel area. We highly recommend this spot for a fun family retreat to nature. And there is easy access to the Androscoggin River just down the street so going to bring our kayaks in the spring to enjoy the public boat launch as well. The field is very large and going to consider doing some tent camping there in the better weather.
