Three bedrooms with a pool and hot tub in Kill Devil Hills! Located on a quiet residential street on the west side in KDH, 'Run Hill Retreat' is the perfect getaway for your family. The interior of the home is bright, fresh, and comfortably furnished and decorated. Outside you will find an entire oasis to enjoy all week long - a swimming pool, hot tub, patio/grilling area, outdoor shower, and large fenced in yard to boot.
Perhaps the best part of the fabulous outdoor space is the ground-level TV room/ kitchenette/ bathroom just off of the pool. Everyone can come and go from the pool to this ground level space for a snack, beverage, bathroom break, TV break, etc. without having to trek all the way upstairs. Conveniently located just minutes from many restaurants, grocery stores and shops as well as popular attractions like the Wright Brother's Monument, Run Hill State Natural Area, and the disc golf course. Just a short drive from multiple public beach accesses with parking. Please note that photos were taken during the winter while the pool was covered. CVR pools are NOT heated and open seasonally (mid-May through mid-October unless otherwise stated in the listing). Hot tubs are open year-round unless otherwise stated.

The property is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Beds and furniture are quite comfortable. The pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but it was still enjoyable.

Family Memorial Day weeekend

The home is beautiful! Only thing I didn’t notice was that linens did not come with the stay- but you can rent them if needed! The pool was perfect for the hot days and the hot tub was great for evening relaxing. I would definitely recommend this home for any vacationers in the kill devil hills area. It is in a cute quiet neighborhood, and only a few blocks from the beach.

Me, my husband and our two children ( 4 and 5 years old) and my mother stayed here for a week. We loved it super clean as soon as we walked in. Rooms are cozy. The livingroom down stairs was perfert for my kids to watch cartoons in while winding down for the night. The fenced yard i loved as ot gave me a sense of security to let my my kids run-a-muck and not feel the need to be on top of them! Not far from anything that was needed or.the pulic beach access! We definitely enjoyed our stay!!
