Free internet provided. An electric golf cart is available to rent weekly, if desired to travel to nearby Lake Como Resort or Paradise Lakes. Pets are NOT permitted in this furnished house. However, pets are permitted (with some breed and size restrictions) in our other unfurnished rental houses, and in new manufactured homes available for sale here at Estates on Lake Linda. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm – 9:00 am. No parties or overnight visitors. Absolutely no smoking inside the home (the house is extremely clean, and any odors are unacceptable.)
