Rare & Amazing 3 bdrm 2 bath apt with pool gives you a home away from home feel.

Bring the whole family. The 1350 square foot suite on the back of my home is completely private. Enjoy the suburban lifestyle while close enough to all the attractions. Our vacation rental is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood away from the city. It offers a unique and relaxing experience for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet. Convenient access to the suite with a self check-in process using a lockbox. The suite has two private entrances. There is free parking on the street. The space has 4 Roku TV's, WIFI, toaster, keurig, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, and baby Graco pack n playpen. There is a baby crib that can be used upon request. A limited amount of coffee, tea, and/or hot chocolate is provided for the Keurig during your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap , toilet tissue, linens, etc is provided. Guests can cook their own meals with a 2 burner hotplate, skillet, and a microwave. All dishes, utensils, pots and pans are provided. Sorry it does not have a stove or oven. There are two private entrances (lock equipped sliding glass door as a main entrance and a bathroom door). There is a private pool, outdoor table with an umbrella, chairs and charcoal grill. The backyard is spacious. Great for relaxation and comfort. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, cooler, and sand buckets available for guests to borrow for a day at the beach. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, & parks nearby. We are located 8 miles from Busch Gardens & Adventure Island, 25 miles from Hard Rock Casino, 14 miles from Tampa Intl Airport, beaches and Raymond James Stadium.

Host was readily available for questions or concerns. Spacious common living space indoors, with lovely outdoor space for lounging and visits. Weather was too cool to use the pool, but used the beach chairs/towels on our outing to Honeymoon State Beach. Kitchenette was adequate for our use mostly for breakfast but had ability to cook w/ pots and pans. Great location in a quiet cul de sac with private views of wetlands and birds in the morning. Easy parking.

We are so thankful we found this charming location. It was perfect for what my family needed. It is in a great private location. Very peaceful and relaxing. It is very clean and spacious. Party of Three

Three bedrooms with queens size beds, Judith provides lots of little extras that help to make your stay comfortable. We were thankful for the extra towels by the pool and beach umbrella. Most of all we were pleased with how clean the suite was , from the kitchenette to the floors and bathrooms. Will rent again.

Convenient location in quite suburb area

Property was very spacious and nice and quiet. Restaurants and stores was about 10 min drive. Must have a car to get around. Very quiet neighbourhood. Small pond beside property visited by various birds. Pool was lovely setting but would have loved the opportunity to have the pool heated (even for an additional cost) during our stay.

American Athletic Conference Softball Tournament

We were in Tampa for the AAC Softball Tournament being held at University of South Florida. The property was about 6 miles from campus and in a nice neighborhood. Getting there was suspect; however, the property was very clean, the property owner's communicated was great, and the furnishing were also new and comfortable. I would recommend to those that don't mind if the owner is present at the property. Thanks.

Nice place but make sure you read description carefully. Host stays at front part of home and quiet time is at 10pm . If you’re ok with it . It’s a nice place. Host did work with me for my mom’s birthday. Was welcoming.

Visit to Real Florida

Enjoyred the opportunity to stay in a real Florida environment out of the cookie cutter subdivisions, but still convenient to many of Tampa’s activities. I was a bit uncertain about the “shared” house arrangements, but the hosts were respectful and felt like we had our private space. There a couple of easy problems that the hosts will hopefully fix as the door lock was very difficult to operate and the lighting in the kitchenette area was poor.

Nice scenery but off the beaten path

Property was clean, serene location. To get to property was a challenge. Narrow, 2 lane,un-lite, curvy roads to property. Very dark at night. If you’re planning on going out a lot, would not recommend.

Positive = 3 bedroom 2 baths, pool Owner communicates very well and with precise information, plenty of towels. Negative all bedroom have a queen/ full sized beds need at least one bedroom with a king bed. Middle bedroom ceiling fan was very noisy Air conditioning control by owner only.
