The condo is very nice and host provided all info timely. The restaurant and bar onsite is a bonus. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue is there is a lot of construction within the complex so it can be noisy at times.

The unit is perfectly located with a stunning bay view. You can watch sunset right on the balcony. Don has made sure the unit is clean and well stocked. We had a pleasant stay.

The place overall is a bit dated with outside still in rehab. It’s a bit noisy cars passing by below in the parking lot. Overall nice views and clean kitchen and living.

This unit was in a perfect location! We had a great view of the bay, and it was conveniently located near the pool! Having a restaurant right there was a huge bonus and the food and service was great! The condo was spacious and updated. Don was very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable! We were less than 15 minutes from Raymond James as well as downtown. I highly recommend renting this unit!

Perfect for all!

This place was exactly what we wanted. Water views, sand area, pool with a restaurant and bar right there. The condo was clean and updated and had everything we needed. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic! Close to the airport, which made arrival and departure easy. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Beautiful Oasis

My coworker and I stayed here while in Tampa for work. Easy to find and very quiet. Great kitchen with all the utensils and coffee you could want. Beautiful little beach to sun and enjoy the water. Only about a 15 min drive (with traffic) to downtown Tampa. Highly recommend!
