You will see it as the perfect blend of tranquil beach living and modern convenience. Come down and take part in Tampa Bay! This condo will make memories the whole family will cherish! It is located directly on the Tampa Bay Rocky Point Island. Its close enough to all the major attractions on the island but far enough away that everyone can get a good night's sleep if they want. Want to go to the beach? The condo is directly on the Tampa Bay water. It is a short drive to Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, and Reddington Beach. More of a pool person? The condo has a large heated swimming pool. Looking for the perfect place to watch the sunset? This condo balcony faces West over the salt flats so you see Nature's nightly show from the comfort of your own place. Want to take the family on a boat ride, jet ski or fish? We know whom to call and get a discounted rate! Wondering what restaurant serves the best frozen cocktails on the island? We can tell you where to go. Want to know what activities are good for young and old alike? We can offer lots of suggestions that will make this the best vacation your family has ever had. A 1 Queen size bedroom with full bathroom. Bathroom contains towels, soaps, hairdryer. TV and spacious closet located in the bedroom. Open living room kitchen area with bar and seating for dining. Full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, with full kitchen utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, and cleaning materials. Living room contains TV and sleeper sofa pullout with a full size bed. The condo also has its own private covered parking spot, so no more hot seats! There are other public access boat ramps nearby. Balcony offers fantastic views!!!! Property has outdoor grills, pool, fitness center, self-serve laundry, and many restaurants surrounding the condo. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar, literally everything! Our calendar is constantly changing, so if you are interested in specific dates that say 'booked' just EMAIL ME TO BE SURE if the condo is available.

My husband and I came to Tampa to run some races with the Gasparilla, the location was perfectly located close to downtown and yet on the water. The size was just the right size and we had a lovely view of the water.

Tampa Bay Getaway

Close to airport, St Petersburg, Tampa and all the fun places. Beautiful Bay view - gorgeous sunsets. Morning & night deck relaxing/private moments worth the experience. Andrea supported our stay with top notch suggestions and assurance that we were going to enjoy our stay. Can’t say enough about the property and Andrea. The pool and bar topped everything off on the property- from morning coffee/breakfast to special sunset drinks. We will be back.

So Nice!

We are so glad we booked this condo for our Tampa stay. Well maintained, very clean, nice furnishings. Lovely waterfront setting - quiet, felt private, and had that special sunset view that did not disappoint. Andrea was a pleasure to deal with - personal reach out upon booking, very responsive to questions. Providing coffee was a nice touch. Would definitely book again!

Adorable unit with expansive view of the bay and epic sunsets. Was perfectly located for our trip: right near the airport with easy access to St. Pete, Clearwater, and Downtown Tampa.

December stay

Condo was fantastic, many extra touches that made our stay more convenient and comfortable. Very clean (and I am particular). Host communication was outstanding and within minutes. Host extremely helpful and kind with information on the area, if we needed any assistance, we were covered. View of the sunset was amazing, we even saw dolphins in the bay right in front of the balcony. Location is great, was peaceful and private. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great/Convenient Location

We loved the views and proximity to several excellent restaurants. The Rusty Pelican is a must. Parking was easy and getting everywhere was easy from Rocky Point. If we were to return to Tampa, we would definitely consider this location.

Beautiful Sunset View!

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our stay at Sailport Waterfront! Andrea our host was amazing. She was aways available to answer any questions. We really liked the location it worked out perfect for all the places we had to go and all were apx 15 min away. The pool, bar and food all were excellent! We will come back again!

Bayside Bar Pool Bums

The property is part private condos and hotel. It's nestled between some larger and newer properties and near a huge parking garage right on the Tampa Bay. We were most pleased with the feeling of safety, the small private beach, and definitely the pool and bar/restaurant. We had rented a Cadillac for our 3 1/2 day trip but only left the property for a short visit to a local market (for essentials like snacks, toiletries, and beverages) and to a graduation at a local college--which was the purpose of our trip. We spent most of our time in the pool area. The water was the perfect temperature, the lounge chairs were comfy, and the food and drinks were spectacular. The nachos! Wow. Beware of the lurking crows who will swoop down and steal your food if you're not careful. There was always good reggae music playing, and on Friday, a live one-man band in the evening. The condo itself was small but pleasant. It felt like old Florida to me but in a good way. The updates were nice enough. We didn't really spend much time inside...when we did, we were on the patio which overlooked the Bay. The owner, Andrea, was excellent communicating, even helping us find restaurants and a market.

Birthday getaway
