No working toilet for roughly 15 hours!! Not acceptable!
Great location, nice apartment unit, safe neighborhood all this was ok. But the apartment had had animals in it because there hair all over the window sills, blinds & floor. My soon has very bad allergies & this was not good to start out with. We should have been made aware that pets had been in the unit in which we were staying. After we checked in about an hour later the toilet became stopped up immediately! I tried to fix this myself but it was really bad! I messaged the host & she notified me that she would contact maintenance. You would think that someone would have come quickly to deal with this problem. I was only to presume that someone would be to our unit soon to deal with this inconvenience & serious problem. I waited up very late & no one. Nor a response from the host! The next morning, still no maintenance to repair this problem. I messaged the host again, that she should have be in contact with me to advise me that no one was coming to rapid this issue!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! At this point I had no choice but to contact VRBO for help. I advised them of this problem, & they contacted the host. Guess what, after this someone finally showed up to repair the backed up toilet. SO all in all no working toiler for 15 hours! I would not stay here again. Host needs to work on her problem solving a lot.
