Welcome home through a gated entrance directly from rural US 45 S. up a well maintained gravel drive through half mile of rolling hills and over a seasonal creek up to the hilltop Indian Point Plantation Lodge. Beautiful views of the grassland fields, rowcrop below, harwood timber bottoms with giant whiteoaks, and stocked ponds within short walk. The Lodge has been completely remodeled in December 2023, and is prepared to host guests in 2024 beyond clean, comfortable, secure, and refreshed. All durable LVP flooring throughout with hardwood feel, all new exterior including insulated windows, doors, cabinets, appliances, kitchen fixtures. The oversized living room hosts a 65" smart HD tv with Dish Network and Starlink HS internet. Take it easy during the warm seasons with ceiling fans and great central Air Conditioning, or kick back in the cooler seasons with heater and a warm gas fireplace. The back patio views of hardwoods and pond with an outdoor firepit, grill, and sitting area.
