Home to creatives and artists, it is one of the most exciting London neighbourhood ; A London mixed patchwork of sapiens where trendies, Hipsters, originals and working class live together peacefully (most of the time).
Outdoors nice wander : Regent's canal, Victoria Park, London fields, Queen Elisabeth Olympic Park, River Lea.
Markets : Saturdays' Food street Broadway market, Sundays' food street Victoria market, Sundays' Flower market in Colombia road next to Hackney city farm .
Have a lunch or diner at Victoria/Lauriston Village (Grove Road), Broadway market or Bethnal green Arches.
Brunch : Don't miss the Bistrotheque next to the house.
English breakfast : Hackney city farm.

The flat : At the second floor of a new, family oriented, building . Access via elevator or stairs.

The playroom (bedroom3 - Sonoma Sofa bed - can be double bed or 1 to 2 single bed),
1st shower room with WC and sink,
Open space kitchen/living room.
Storage space 1 where you can store all your luggage/pushchair
Storage space 2 where you'll find a washing machine and a tumble dryer
Flat 1st floor :
Parental bedroom (ch1 - double bed)
Kids bedroom (ch2 - - 2 singles bed side to side)
2nd bathroom ( with bath/shower, WC and sink)
A 3rd room which is private and not accessible.

A new building (10 years old) built around 2 kids playground. The building also has a massive common rooftop with view on the city and canary wharf.
Guest access
The whole flat except the 4th bedroom where are stored personal belongings
Where to park:
A visitor parking slot is available in the garage building
There is only one visitor slot and we can't guarantee it will be free during your stay. However if it is not, I will do my best for you can use another slot, however I can't guarantee it..
I strongly recommend to let me know, you'll need a parking space at the time of the booking.
Other things to note
6 guests maximum but 2 adults maximum.
Please contact for any different requirement.
Strictly no parties and/or more guests than the ones accepted.
Before the check out I'll ask you :
to leave downstairs in the shower tray bathroom the household linen used during your stay (bed linen, table linen, towels and tea towels used during your stay)
to empty the place' bins and garbage (kitchen and bathrooms) and to take them out in the Building' bins local.
I'm not asking the guests to do a full cleaning, however I'm expecting the place to be tidy and clean. cleaning fees cover household linen provided and professional cleaning before check-in and household linen cleaning after check-out.
