The home is for your private enjoyment (with the exclusion of the "off limits" areas which are listed at the bottom)

Breakdown of the 3 bedrooms are:

● In the Master bedroom you will find a comfortable king bed, with charging ports (and iPhone cables) 2 phone stands, an Alexa & JBL speaker and dark curtains. You will be able to utilize the Master room closet space as well, with the expected items one would find: hangers, iron, iron table, & clothes steamer. Additional duvets/covers may be found and can be used, if needed. As of 3/1/24, there is a TV with a fire stick for your enjoyment.

● 2nd room will have its own closet, a brand new mattress and bed, and a coffee table.

● 3rd room is has a single bed with a small coffee table & retro radio

However, if your party is composed of 6 guests, we offer a superb and comfortable inflatable queen bed, in addition. So essential a total of four beds. Simply, let me know so I can prepare it for your arrival.

Both full bathrooms are composed with all the hygiene essentials and towels your reserved guest count may need. Please use for your self and only during your stay.
The master room has its own private bathroom (with a regular shower & tub).

Next to the living room, you will find a dedicated work space [electric standup table] with an iMac you can use (using the guest profile) + charging ports & apple cables. + one large comfy pillow chair to relax in as well.

In the open designed living room there is a comfortable new sofa with a large Apple TV screen for your enjoyment.

The family-ready kitchen is equipped with most of the items you have in your own home. Moreover, these are some of the items you can expect to find:

* Blender, Toaster, Microwave, rice cooker
* Pots, Pans, Utensils
* knifes, Plates, Cups
* Cutting Board and Cookie Sheet
* And much more.
All I ask if that you remember this is my home, and to enjoy them with care.

And, finally, if you bring your pet, they will have the entire backyard for themselves, free access to their sniffing Disneyland.


* Street & driveway parking is available free of charge.


OFF LIMITS LOCATIONS:
- Garage.
- Small storage room between 2nd room and "yoga" room.
- Yoga room's (3rd room) closet space.

UPON ARRIVING:
Please take a moment to read the 3 laminated papers that will be on the standup table; It will have useful information and main rules of the home.

MAIL DELIVERY:
It is possible to receive mail/items. However, I cannot be held responsible for missing items/mail.

SIDE NOTE I: a ring doorbell camera is present at the entrance of the home to deter significant low levels of crime in the neighborhood, for your safety from highly unlikely intruders and/or any unauthorized guests.

PARKING ON THE DRIVEWAY: Between April & May 2024 I've allowed a fiend to park his car while he is out of town. There will still be space for one car to park in my home's driveway & street parking is also allowed and free of charge.

HOUSE RULES: are not guidelines, but expectations, and I anticipate you and your guests will respect them.
