Good stay but bugs were an issue
Our stay was good, phone didn’t work to call front desk. Cleanliness was good with a minor issue, there were tons of flys and some other type of flying bug to which I’d never seen before. Almost looked like tiny baby dragonfly’s. And the back door to the side where dats inn is at was cracked open which was odd to me but over all our stay was good.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
This property claims to be newly renovated. It does have some renovations (floor, paint, furniture). However, it was not that clean and lacked bedding - nothing more than a fitted sheet on pullout bed. Good thing we travel with pillows and blankets.
The property was newly renovated so was clean. Sparsely furnished though and missing a few of the details like an electric outlet cover and the cover for the fan in the bathroom otherwise it was good

Deceptive listing. Good room.
VRBO assured me there were not hotels on the site, but this was a hotel. We could have paid less if we just walked in. Charged cleaning fee additional FOR A HOTEL and REQUIRED to buy the rental insurance that would not have been charged by the hotel itself..
Room was nice, upgraded and clean.
Just wish the water was hotter in the shower.
A suggestion, there should be towels or paper towels in the kitchen area.
Also the lock/ key card did not work on the door on 12th Ave.
Kathy at the desk was very kind and helpful!
The room was nice. Newly finished. Bed was comfortable. We felt safe. But.. 1st room we were given someone was already in. 2nd was dirty. Floors werent clean food in the fridge etc. 3rd room is where we spent the weekend. It was better than the first. But the room just seemed unfinished. There were places where the flooring didnt come together. There are closet spaces but no bar to hang anything up. There was nothing to wash dishes with no paper towels no rag or towel for that. In the bathroom theres nowhere to put your shampoo or soap in the shower. The shower itsself was nice. The lid on the ice bucket was gross. Our tv quit working but they did come fix that quickly. We asked for clean towels never got them.
