King Size Bed With A Queen Sized Sleeper In Living Room. Screened in Lanai Area. Private Dock On The Imperial River, Floating Docks with Room for 2 Waverunners and it has a Comfortable Kayak Launch. About 1 Mi To The Fish Trap Bay and another 1/2 Mile to Gulf of Mexico. Fresh, Clean Decorating, Lot has a Park Like Setting. Close to everything but nestled back and away from all the hustle.

The host has great communication, and the unit we stayed in was nice inside and cozy & relaxing. The property was scenic & quiet and we loved being able to go down to the dock to do some fishing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet location

We would stay at the cabin again. The location is secluded enough to be quiet but close to all the local places you would want to go, including a public beach. The neighborhood is a wonderful mixture.of homes from affluent to not so affluent. The river adds a nice ambience for the location. Streaming on the TV worked well. Overal a great experience for our getaway..Comfortable and clean, Cute as the pictures!!!

Cute little cottage totally done over.Didn't have to do anything at checkout except take out the trash and start the towels.Was as quiet as advertised.Very clean

Comfortable and compact

This updated and comfortable place is a great landing pad for people who are mostly out and about. It is clean and comfortable but best suited for 1-2 people since it is quite small. Well-appointed, very clean, and equipped with all basic kitchen items and linens. Of note, there is no dishwasher. Hosts were very communicative and check in/check out was very smooth. The TV requires a Google TV account to access streaming capability.

Why they chose this property

Bonita Springs is a sleepy town growing into the next Naples....like it or not. LOL. We have friendships with lots of local native Floridians. We love the beach access and the closeness to everything we need. We chose Florida for the sunshine and here for the Sunny Climate.

What makes this property unique

Our properties are special in a way, we own and operate a demolition business here called Remove It Pros Inc. We repurpose a large amount of perfectly good items heading to the dump through our day to day operations of the demolition business, we rescue stuff most demo companies around here put into the dumpsters. The vast majority of the furniture and Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Shower Doors, Countertops, Decorations, Kitchen Utensils and Appliances are repurposed from our Reuse It Pros Warehouse over at 28381 Race Track Rd in Bonita Springs
