It has a suite with a double bed and 1 single bed and private bathroom. Room with 33 m2, cusine with 10m2, two balconies, a single room with bunk beds (Quaro places) plus a common double bed and a bathroom. A little house with two bedrooms of 16 square meters each, and caca quarter having a double bed with two single beds. In all qyuartos and living room have ceiling fans. A laundry room and pantry. A bathroom and 25 square meters of coverage, connecting the main house to 'cottage. Barbecue has 25 square meters of coverage of the same. Front of house ateh the street completely with cement floor. Estah located 25 m from Avenida Atlantica, having partial views of the sea and consequently to the beach. We hear the sound of the ocean waves. Has alarm system, managed by MS private security. It has a television Ski cable with a point, plus an analog you with coomum antenna. We have internet instalda with HI-FI router, to connect with oplaneta. For comfort in feeding aspect, and near, about 400 m distance is the restaurant of larger concept of the municipality of Matinhos that eh Bodequita, with high quality in food served and a reasonable price.
