This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home built by the premier builder of the time showcases the quality and thought of the mid century designs. Most of the furnishings and majority of the fixtures are new, including high end remodel of the kitchen.

The property is overall very nice. It has all the amenities - cookware, basic pots and pans, coffee machine etc. it has a large patio. The only negative is that place has a lot of cockroaches, spiders and bugs and should have been cleaned a little better.
