The home was so clean with lots of character. Looking out the rear of the home has floor to ceiling windows that looks onto the outdoor balcony and a green and open space that you can glimpse the Sacramento river. Loved it for 10 days and would stay again.

Pleasant, relaxing stay

My family recently spent a long weekend at this property. It is a an interesting vintage house that contains charming details carefully updated with modern conveniences. Everything was clean and comfortable, bright and relaxing. The kitchen is well-stocked beyond the typical level for a vacation rental. The property owner was responsive to requests, and our stay was quite enjoyable. I would love to stay here again in the future if we are in the area.

This home is beautiful and cozy. We stayed here with my parents, my son and his new wife and teenage son. There was room for everyone to congregate and still plenty to have our own spaces. We loved how it was renovated, it has beautiful craftsmanship that they kept. The host also has history on the house that we can read about, and it blew our minds. We guarantee anytime we come to town, this is the only place we will stay. Ooh, the bedding is beyond amazing in each room. The host is kind and communicated great with us.

The views were very pretty with all the natural lights.

The property is overall very nice. It has all the amenities - cookware, basic pots and pans, coffee machine etc. it has a large patio. The only negative is that place has a lot of cockroaches, spiders and bugs and should have been cleaned a little better.
