Located in a townhouse/condo complex near the Racquet Club. A 5 min walk to restaurants, cafe and Village Stroll. Clean and all of he comforts of home but a quieter AC would be a nice upgrade along with a firmer bed.

Great Location
Great location, nice and quiet. Perfect space for two guests. Unfortunately, the bed was not the most comfortable. Luckily their’s a pullout coach that we used as an alternative. Check in and check out was seamless. The staff was very helpful.
Great location across the road from north village.
Unit was clean and comfy but very small. Outdoor patio was great but would not be ideal if too cold to sit out.
Good for a base for your outdoor activities.
The property was neat enough, there were a few things in need of repair like the hallway cupboard door and the bed was a bit tired, but it did provide for a cozy stay. It’s a long way from the action so be prepared to walk a ways to the lifts and restaurants.

Easy check in and check out process. Underground parking that is safe. Convenient location, close to the free shuttle bus. Lovely fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed on the main bedroom can be updated.
We've stayed in this complex before, different unit, and we like the location. It's just enough far away but close enough to walk. We had a few concerns that the manager took care of very quickly.

The location was great, it was quiet.
The location was great, it was quiet. The bed was okay, sheets did not fit well,
I did report main blind strings were broken to raise up the blinds. I was surprised no kleenex or or paper towels.

Smelled like strong cleaner when we first walked in. The Location of condo was a little confusing to find and where to walk in/park.
But once we found it it was easy access.
Great touch leaving a gift basket at the apartment. A bit hard finding the actual unit. Hot tub not hot enough to use. Overall comfortable and clean unit.

Location was good however the check-in process was abismal by Deer Lodge. Property manager, who was great, indicated we could check in , early, while Deer Lodge front desk indicated otherwise. I asked them to call the property manager and to they wouldn't do so, all of this could've been avoided if they took 10 seconds to call the property manager. Very poor customer service deer Lodge check-in. Replace the carpet ,it's old and dirty. We have toddlers and there were multiple times that they found random things that were stuck to it.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was a major highlight. We also really appreciated the outdoor space (patio) to work on our bikes, and the bike storage area felt secure. Loved being walking distance to lift, as well as necessities (grocery store, pharmacy). Access to hot tub was also a major plus.A few minor fixes that could have made our stay more enjoyable:- toaster needs to be replaced. It doesn’t toast, and the exterior gets so hot to the touch that it would likely burn skin on prolonged contact. It melted a plastic bread bag that got too close to it. This is a fire/safety hazard.- drain in the bathtub is badly clogged and needs some attention (it was like this before our stay/before we used it).- if the kitchen was equipped with scissors that would be awesome! Thanks again for having us!
Good place, needs a deep cleaning to remove pets hair
The place was just as described online. We were looking for a pet friendly place but our dog does not shed (hypoallergenic dog). There was lots of pets hair on the couch and floor. The bedding was size king for a queen size bed so it didn't look or feel the best. You could tell it was clean but it had some stains.
Looking is great and the kids really enjoy the pool.
Whistler is such a beautiful place and the condo is cozy and suited us perfectly. It was cold while we were there so it was nice to sit by the fire and relax. We had a couple little issues - there was quite a bit of pet hair all over the carpets and couch. The fan in the bathroom was quite loud and the switch did not work to shut it off, and we were left only 1 roll of TP for a 3 night stay. Bob was a great communicator and I know these small issues will be addressed. We would definitely stay again if we go back to whistler!

Property location and amenities were great. But the unit itself was not clean at all, did not look like it had been vacuumed, and the bed had not been made from prior guests. Check in was 4 but due to “behind on cleaning” we were not able to get into the unit until 4:30, and it was still not clean. We had to call and have housekeeping come back. Even after that we were only left with 2 bath towels and one bag of coffee for a 3 day stay.

Good pick
The unit was clean and ready to use when I arrived, everything worked fine in terms of the heat, hot water, kitchen appliances etc. Underground parking was easy as was a convenient loading/unloading place close to the condo. The spa facility was wonderful - water temp in the hot tub was perfect and it was easy to access. The staff were friendly and cooperative when I locked my garage access in my car on the first night. The bedroom was adequately sized and had a nice chest of drawers for ski stuff. Best of all it was easy to walk my dogs with very convenient access to doggie toilet areas, and a fairly out of the way sidewalk/path where I could walk them without encountering a lot of people. All in all it was a good choice and I will probably try to rent it again when I return to Whistler.
We had a wonderful 1 week stay and Bob/front staff were super responsive especially with the dip in the bed. He delivered a top mattress immediately the next day after we emailed asking if it can be fixed. Parking was a little confusing with the front desk as they told us visitor spots were available first come first serve but you still needed a pass and they were hesitant in providing more than 1 so if you are coming up with more than 1 car, make sure you clarify that so they are better prepared. Place is a little hard to find but it's at the corner behind a fire lane. You can temporarily park there to unload stuff which was convenient. Garbage disposal was at the other garage location which was a bit of a walk in snow but not bad. 12 min walk to the gondola which was amazing!
