This rental has everything you need! 6 miles to Schaumburg Convention Center, 17 miles to O'Hare Airport, 5 miles to Woodfield Mall. Enjoy restaurants, parks, golf courses, Legoland, Medieval Times and much more. This is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house that sleeps up to 7 people. Garage is not available for guests' use. House has stairs.

Please note that this is a split level house and there are few steps getting into the house, as well as stairs inside the house.

Maximum of 4 cars are allowed to be parked in the driveway for free. Please do not block sidewalk. Street parking is available as well. Maximum of 7 people are allowed at the property at any given time!

This home has been completely renovated for the comfort of our guests! 4 bedrooms sleep up to 7 people. There are 3 king and 1 queen bed. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the upper level and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the lower level.

HOUSE PERKS:
--This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, electric hand mixer, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle. Essentials like plates, cups, glasses, bowls, wine glasses, cookware, pots/pans, utensils, & paper towels will be provided for your use. Kids plates/cups/bowls/silverware provided as well.
--Along with coffee, sugar, creamer and sweetener are provided. Green tea is available as well.
--Cooking spray, salt/pepper are provided.
--A hair dryer and showering essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. Bath towels are available for each guest. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage for clothing.
--A washer/dryer is available for your use. There is also an iron and ironing board in the lower level closet.
--A few board games/books are available for your use.

TECHNOLOGY:
--Flat screen smart TVs in the living room, family room and one in every bedroom.
--High speed Wifi is provided.
--For everyone's safety outside cameras have been installed at the front and the back of the house.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--VRBO users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts.
--Renters that are above the age of 25.

HOUSE RULES:
--No more than 7 guests at any given time at the house.
--Absolutely no parties and gatherings. No pets allowed.
We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests.
--Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the house including vaping.
--Please remove your shoes while in the house.

In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlets are not covered, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.). There is a pack & play/portable crib and a foldable high chair located in the primary bedroom closet. Guests are solely responsible for keeping a close eye on children.***

CHECK-IN INFO:
--Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through VRBO messenger.
--Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm unless you made other arrangements with us. Guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next guests before they arrive. (Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but often times, the cleaning crew requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.)
--Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am.
--Our cancellation policy is firm.
