Welcome to Phoenix 206 - a family friendly 4 BD / 4 BA condo with spacious main floor open living space, remodeled kitchen in Oct 2024 and deck that overlooks property grounds and pool area. The living room features a gas fireplace, lots of seating options, as well as a large flat screen TV, and ceiling fan to circulate cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining space, it is well equipped and features granite countertops and a large breakfast bar. Lovely floors run through the living spaces, while the bedrooms enjoy carpet underfoot. This residence enjoys 3 A/C window units, one in each of the upstairs bedrooms, and one in the dining area.

This is an unbeatable location to enjoy all activities literally across the road at the ski resort!

Phoenix Spring Break

Great condo. Location is perfect and easy walk to gondola even with smaller kids. The kitchen is gourmet as described and has everything we needed. The rooms are comfortable and it was a great layout for our group

Good location

A short walk to the Gondola (5 min with ski gear), has a private garage, W/D and adequately stocked kitchen. Good value compared to other condos.

Great place and 5 min walk to gondola

Overall a great place to stay. Plenty of room for a big ski group and very convenient location. We had a great time celebrating our friend’s bday with multiple days of skiing. The only minor complaint is that the Vacasa management doesn’t always have great communication with the unit’s owner. Definitely a minor issue though.

Great place for Family getaway

This was a lovely place to stay for a pre-Christmas gathering with extended family. The location was perfect for skiers and snowshoers both. The unit was clean and well-stocked, especially the kitchen. The den was cozy and comfortable. We had 7 in our group and it was very comfortable. I think it would be a bit tight for 11 adults, but definitely doable if you all really like each other. The king bed is nice, definitely on the firm side. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Overall great!

Property was very clean and nicely furnished. Property management very helpful. Shuttle service was a great added benefit to get downtown. Only downside was lack of heat upstairs. Don't know if it is broken or just relies on upward draft from down below, but got quite cold at night. Would return though.

Steamboat getaway

Location of the condo was great, a short walk from the gondola, and if even that was too far there was a shuttle to drop off there. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our entire group and the amenities at the location (two hot tubs, heated outdoor pool, pool table etc.) made for fun apres ski activities. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome home to rent. We enjoyed our stay very much. It has all the amenities you could ever want. The TV's are an extra bonus as they are very large and good to come back to after a long day on the mountain. Kitchen is very nice too. It was perfect!
