Phoenix 220 is a 4BD / 4BA condominium with two level floor plan that can accommodate up to 10 people. Located right across the street from the slopes and walking distance to the Mtn Village. With full kitchen, dining space and living area with TV with a DVD player, plus cozy gas fireplace. The primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom are located upstairs, and the other two bedrooms are located off the main level.

The unit was dated, uncomfortable, heat didn't work, beds in bad shape, it was the worst condo we have rented in 5 years if going to steamboat. Location was good but that was the only good thing about it.

February 2019 Stay

The location of the condo is great. With that being said, the condo unit we stayed in this time at the Phoenix left much to be desired. This is one of many stays in Steamboat over the last 20 + years and our second time at the Phoenix. I was very disappointed with the condo this stay. When we first arrived we had to call for assistance with a shower that wouldn’t drain, all the lights being burned out in the condo and no light bulbs to replace them. Broken glass on the floor of one of the bedrooms and over dirty condition of the condo. After being sent back and forth between the MRS people and the Phoenix front desk and nobody knowing who was supposed to take care of us, it was finally decided that our unit was one of only a couple at our complex not managed by the Phoenix but by MRS. They sent a person out the next day to clean the condo and he did a great job. In addition, the condo the super out of date esp. the 1980 tv in the family room. I mean we had to try to watch the Super Bowl on it which was bad.
