**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2/3 cars and overflow parking down the road about 250 ft distance.

**PET POLICY***

NO PETS- MAY be exceptions- ASK THE HOST before booking
There is an additional 150 pet fee and 500 totally refundable Deposit for Pets to be hosted at this property.

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
