Hidden Gem Top-Floor Unit near Lake Meridian

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful sanctuary. You can have this huge three-bedroom space to yourself and enjoy a short walk to Lake Meridian. Our house is in a beautiful neighborhood, great for taking evening walks. This space has all the facilities you will need on your trip and it’s in the middle of everything in the Greater Seattle Area: Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Airport, and walking distance to many restaurants.

This home is in the top floor of a split-level house, with a private entry door and easy self-check-in for guests. The lower floor is occupied by separate guests, with their own separate entrance. The home has everything you need for the perfect stay in the Greater Seattle Area, including: Central air-conditioning, 85-inch TV, living room with gas fireplace, full kitchen, primary bedroom with walk-in closet & private en-suite bathroom, and close to lots of parks, shopping & amenities. We have parking for two cars in our driveway which is convenient for those with a vehicle.

Guests have a private entry door that they access through the front of the home. The entire top-floor unit is for guests, and includes it's own living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. Guests have the entire top-floor unit, separated from downstairs unit by a locked/blocked door! As with all multi-story living situations, we understand that guest space may be exposed to some sounds from downstairs. We have good sound insulation measures, and expect guests to respect quiet hours from 9pm-7am to ensure everyone has a great stay!

We allow for a small-to-medium sized pets. However, pets must be house-trained, well-behaved/non-destructive, and up-to-date on all flea and tick medication.

This is a NO-SMOKING residence. Smoking or vaping within the residence is strictly prohibited.

Great for Baseball Tournaments

We had a lovely stay here for a baseball tournament. Location is very convenient with all the amenities. Don’t forget to take advantage of all the close by nature trails and Lake Meridian. Very beautiful surrounding nature areas.

Great for baseball tournaments

Very nice clean house. Comfortable beds. Nice open kitchen. Very close to ball fields and Safeway right up the road. No issues. My only suggestion for the owner. Need a few more coffee cups, a griddle, a slow cooker, kitchen towels and two chairs on the patio.

Enjoyed my stay at this lovely top-floor unit near Lake Meridian. The location was perfect for my dog competition and my favorite walking trail on the Soos Creek Trail. I was pleasantly surprised to find a neighborhood park at the end of the street which my dog and I enjoy each day. Isaac was a wonderful host and very helpful with a few logistical questions--I am not a tech person and too many remotes can be confusing!
