The third bedroom was on the porch and the house had a weird smell. The shower door stuck and you had to pull it hard to get it closed. It would have been nice to have a grill. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Fun stay in Seligman!

We had a great stay at the Villa! It had everything we needed in the middle of Seligman, and we were able to have a front row seat to day and night on Rt. 66. So much fun!

The host family is very attentive to any needs you may have. The place is as described. It's a very clean refurbished older home. Seligman is quite a place for tourists and you are right in the middle of it all the action, yet have great privacy.

This is our second time here and it definitely won't be our last. Anna Marie is friendly, communicative, and overall great. Rick keeps the property in great shape and between the two of them they make sure this is a great and relaxing place to be. Well within walking distance of all the neat things to see in town.
