Private Pool right in the back, the best of both worlds. Home has plenty of space to accommadate 10 people with Three Full Bathrooms. Great Location (No Car Required for all Beach Activities), Quiet , Private Just Minutes to all the Action. John's Pass, Fishing, Boating, Mini Golf. Great Restaurants on the Water. All a Short Drive or Ride on the Trolley right up the Street. Our Block has a Brand New Park just a Short Walk Away complete with New Playground & Exercise Area. No need to worry, we've got the Beach Toys, Towels, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Coolers, Floaties,and Wagons. After a Day at the Beach Rinse off with our outdoor Shower & enjoy the Pool, some Grub on the Grill and end the Night with the Private Firepit with some s'mores. Along with our outdoor Speakers with Bluetooth Operation, Wine Refrigerator, 2 Full Parking Spaces. NO LOADING THE CAR OR LOOKING FOR PARKING.
