Escape to your private oasis and indulge in the breathtaking beauty of Lady Blue, a beachfront property that offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. This stunning property is the epitome of relaxation in the exclusive Tar Bay area of Great Exuma. There are five separate buildings. Each bedroom is a separate building with its own bathroom. The main building contains the kitchen, dining room, family room, half bathroom. There is a built in ice maker and two dishwashers. All outdoor areas are covered. This Stunning home is on a gorgeous and quiet beach. Because of lady blue's unique design, she is ideally rented by four couples or two families. There are two master bedrooms facing the beach, with full baths, with an infinity edge pool in the middle. There are two junior suites, with full baths at the front of the house. All five structures are connected by a deck that has roof cover. The wrap around porch overlooking the beach provides an ideal outdoor living area. A large portion of the deck is covered. There is also ample room for sunbathing from the deck next to the pool, or you can simply walk the few steps to the beach. The beach is miles long in either direction, and you will often be the only people on the beach. The house is six minutes from the airport. Enjoy the included water toys of two kayaks, a standup paddleboard, masks and fins. There is a loft in the main building that is used as a owners closet and access is restricted to the owners.

Lady Blue was a very comfortable stay for 4 adult couples traveling together. House came with basic seasonings, an ice machine, decent pots and two sets of washer and dryer. Plenty of beach towels on site and the Propane grill worked great! Host was very responsive and made our stay very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lady Blue. The outdoor space in the common area space was particularly nice and is really well suited for a larger group. You really can’t beat being right on the water and the infinity pool was quite nice, although somewhat cold in February! The staff that takes care of you was also very communicative and we had no material issues at hat they didn’t address promptly. I would definitely recommend to families with older kids as each room is free standing so to speak directly to outdoor access.

Location for this property is close to Georgetown, the airport and makes the drive to the North end of Exuma really easy. The two bungalows on each side of the pool can see the ocean from their front window, however the two bungalow rooms on the back side of the property have no view and are near the road. Just something to think about if you are traveling with four couples - two couples are going to get a better room option. The house is definitely well equipped and Endalyn was great to work with for any questions and/or issues.

This our fourth, maybe Fifth, stay at Lady Blue. By far it’s the most comfortable and beautiful spot we’ve stayed at on GGT, and we’ve been coming here for 25 years. The view from the pool is heavenly, the house has all the amenities one would need, and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend.

Paradise in Exuma

Our family had such a great time in Exuma. This property is beautiful and is perfect for large families or several couples that want their own space, but a common living/kitchen area. The kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear to use were awesome… you can’t go wrong renting this place.

Amazing property!

We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect location and wonderful villa. Very responsive management. When we arrived, one of the bathrooms did not have working lights. Endalyn and Jonas sent over an electrician to fix it immediately - on a Friday night. We would definitely stay at Lady Blue again. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Nice house for families

Lady Blue was great for families. Really liked the location. There were quite a few maintenance things that needed to be fixed though. If these things are fixed it would have been perfect. Hopefully the property manager will take our advice so the next guests will have a better stay.

Lady Blue Us Away

Lady Blue was perfect for our family! We had 3 couples and 2 kids, each having there own living area. The outside living area with pool was spectacular with the sea in the background. Fantastic amenities, kitchen well stocked and the space was perfect. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that one of the five air conditioners broke during your stay, but we were able to replace it with a brand new unit shortly after it broke. Tar bay is a beautiful beach to have as a back yard.
