I love this area because it has everything : downtown Paris, very close to the subway, close to biking/running trails, close to the big green area (bois de Vincennes), and close to Gare de Lyon (to go to South of France, where I grew up :)) and has easy access to highways.

What makes this property unique

The apartment faces trees, inside the property, so it's extremely quiet and very bright.
