The outdoor space includes a fenced yard, a screened porch, café table, and chairs, a large-scale palapa accommodating 6-8 people with inviting couches and chairs, and a private heated salt-water pool with a southwest exposure overlooking a long-view of the water, a dock for fishing, boat lift and two jet ski lifts can be available for a fee.
