Our stay was wonderful. The house looks exactly like the description and photos. Communication with the owner is instant, and he is very attentive to every detail. We spent some wonderful days as a family. We will definitely be back soon!

The property was perfect for our stay just prior to Easter. The home is well-appointed with everything you would need. Additionally, the wide, sweeping water views were great for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. Definitely would return!

Rest and Relaxation

The perfect place to unwind and relax. We enjoyed our time there. The property was amazing and so close to everything. The boat rental recommendation worked out great and there was the perfect dock for the boat. The kitchen was VERY well-stocked and we had everything we needed.

Stayed 3 nights for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is very nice and well kept with beautiful homes.

Nice place to stay in Marco!

Clean house with nice layout, big lanai, pool, and large west facing dock along waterfront for beautiful sunsets. House was pleasantly stocked with essentials and had beach stuff available too. Rent a pontoon boat from Big Marco and they can deliver it right to the dock for you for a fun day on the water! Great communication with, and assistance from, house owner improved the stay, too.

We've spent the last 10 years staying on Marco Island for the holidays, and this property is by far the best one we've rented. The property is exactly as shown, no surprises. The kitchen is very well stocked. There was so much seating and space, my family of 8, plus a dog, were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area are wonderful. We had great communication with the owner, Dave. He was very helpful and kind. I very much recommend this property!

New Home Away from Home

We had an amazing stay at this property! Everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The communication with the host was top-notch, prompt, and friendly. And the location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it ten if we could!"

Rented for six weeks. Fishing was a disappointment as the water was never clear, which is not the landlord's fault. The grill needs to be replaced. Accommodations were excellent. Lots of open area and a nice tip lot. Had the neighbors on both sides of us over for cocktails and had to chase them away after three hours (kidding). We had such a good time with them.
