The screened-in lanai, complete with a ceiling fan and outdoor grill, provides inviting space for al fresco dining while enjoying views of the serene canal.

Adventure awaits with our four new beach bicycles, beach chairs, rolling cooler, and a wagon for easy transport. Get active with pickle ball racquets provided for your enjoyment! Inside you'll find all-new appliances, smart TVs, and high-speed wireless internet access to keep you connected during your stay.

The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds, and the third bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed. We had a wonderful time. The home is updated, very clean and extremely comfortable. Our teenage daughters enjoyed the pool and the sunshine all afternoon. Access to the beach is just a short walk away! The neighborhood is very quiet providing the ideal location for anyone looking for unbelievable weather as well as relaxation.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Beautiful home, very well equipped it has literally everything you and your family need. The home is clean and very comfortable. The decor is beautiful and the pool was fun it is also close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The host was extremely responsive. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is in a good location and close to Mackel park and church. There are many amenities and we felt at home here.We like to cook most of our meals and found many kitchen supplies that met our needs. The pool was always at the perfect temperature and we enjoyed many hours of sun relaxing in the pool.There were very minor issues that the owner took care of right away. We definitely would rent here again.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Dina and Mike's Home is a wonderful spot to relax and explore Marco Island. They provide everything necessary to chill indoors including comfortable furniture, a stocked Kitchen and a beautiful pool. The garage offers everything one needs to have a beach day, fun at the Pickel Ball courts and bikes to explore the Island. Centrally located, restaurants, tours, grocery stores and anything else you need is a short drive away. Overall, I highly recommend this property for a vacation in Marco Island and hope to come back next year.

Beautifully updated home

What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy Marco Island. The home was decorated with a warm beach theme which was so welcoming. Our first afternoon laying out by the pool and a couple of dolphins appeared in the canal. It was a nice 1.4 mile walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and made our vacation one where we didn’t want it to end.

Great place to stay

The home was very welcoming. Anything you would need was provided for a relaxing stay. Bikes (short ride to beach access), comfortable furniture, nice pool with a really nice east-west sun exposure. Great grill and convenient kitchen. Saw dolphins swimming in the waterway behind the pool 2 straight days. The location is ideal for easy access where ever you want to go on the island. You should know the place is even nicer than what you see in the photos. Thank you Dina and Michael.

Spectacular Marco Home

Michael and Dina were wonderful hosts with exceptional communication! The home has been nicely updated and furnished. The master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. They have thought of everything one could need away from home. The home is centrally located and we had a great time biking all over the island. The ride to the beach was a breeze. Do not look any further, this is the place to stay!

This is our 4th year coming to Marco and this has been the best home by far. 1) CLEAN! 2) Host responds quickly. 3) Spacious. Usually we are not into watching TV but there is one in every room and 2 in the common living areas. 4) Comfortable beds. 5) Usually 3rd bedroom has twin beds, this one has doubles. Finally my petite adult daughter got a bigger bed. So, good for all ages. 5) Everything you need is there. 6) Classy coastal decor. 7) Close to South beach. If we come for a 5th year it would be to this home. Wishing our hosts many good renters.

Marco Island home away from home

All reviews are spot on plus the house is stocked with everything you could need. I even baked for breakfast m. Felt like staying at a friends home. The beach is about a mile or a little further to get to the public access point next to the Marriott vacation club. We drove and dropped everything off since we went in July and it was too hot and humid to walk and pull the wagon a mile. Biking is the best way to get around and easy access. Public parking for the beach is $25 at south Marco, $10 at tiger tail but a long walk on the sand before you get to the beach area. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you Dina

Easy Bikeable access everywhere

This home was very clean and nice looking as well as being stocked with everything you need!! Owners thought of everything! 4 bikes available and they are great to get to the beach and area restaurants. Asked owners for bike locks and they immediately ordered and we had the next day. Everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool for all ages! Nice quiet neighborhood! One day we did see a dolphin and a 6 ft fish hanging by the dock in the late afternoon! Would have loved to have rented kayaks for the week with the great waterway access but just could not figure out how to easily get in and out of them from the dock so had to pass on that idea. We had a very relaxing week stay and on the one day it rained we were able to enjoy being outdoors under the covered patio. Very sad when it was time to check out! Definitely want to come back again sometime!! Thank you Michael and Dina!!

Why they chose this property

Very quiet neighborhood as it is not a thoroughfare. Homes have been very well kept in addition to many new homes that have been and are being built. Very friendly immediate neighbors.

What makes this property unique

Southern exposure is key to ensuring the pool is in the sun all day. Huge Lanai to relax on provides a bar that is also accessible to the kitchen through the sliding glass window for easy serving. Two separate living spaces with new TV's throughout. Formal dining room along with a new banquet just off the kitchen adding in more area to enjoy family and friends. We recently spent the holidays in our new updated home and it is extremely comfortable and we can't wait to be back in March. We know you will feel the same.
