The location was good, the house is nice, beds were comfortable. I did not rate it excellent due to all of the burn marks and stains on the carpet throughout all of the carpeted areas of the house, and it was not cleaned well.

This was the worst VRBO experience we have ever had. The house was not as described. There were stains all over the rugs and mattresses, the furniture was worn, there was no amenities in the kitchen- the house was freezing when we got there and the host was entirely unresponsive (except to say that he’ll get back to us). We left after 30m, didn’t stay a single night of the 3 we had booked. We told the host we were leaving but neither VRBO or our messages were responded to by the owner. Awful experience.

Disgusting house, completely misrepresented amenities and size

The house was listed as a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with a hot tub.And a fully stocked chef's kitchen. None of that is true. There is a walk in closet for the fourth bedroom with an air mattress. Crumpled up in the corner with no air pump. It does not sleep 10. There is no hot tub. The chef's kitchen that was supposed to be fully stocked. Act had no pots and pans. It had no silverware, it had plastic utensils. When I got in contact with the host, they promised me a partial refund of $400 and they have yet to refund me.
