So the property was a decent price and it was overall really clean. The bedding was fresh and the towels were too and the refrigerator was really clean. We loved the two big tables in the kitchen - they were great! Part of the reason we booked this property was no pets - which is a huge point for us. Communication was good. The air conditioning and heat - both worked great. A couple cons - property needs maintenance. Cupboards and drawers don't close well and the kitchen shelves are bare plywood and pressboard. One of the shower tubs didn't drain well so really couldn't use it. One bathroom had a sink drain that wouldn't stay open and no hand soap, bar soap or shampoo and only conditioner. Trim coming off walls with nails. However - keep in mind it is a trailer with bare minimum put into it to rent - but a little maintenance or a few upgrades would help. The photos of the listing don't show the road entering to it needs a bit of repair but once you get to the actual trailers the gravel was nice and each unit has ample parking for several vehicles. You will not be able to park a big trailer here. The surrounding adjacent buildings are kind of junk yardy so its not in the best place but we felt safe and its close to town.Would we book here again - yes. It was clean and as described.

Good budget option, but reason it is priced much lower than other properties. Not well kept , manufactured homes. Most of the home was clean and nice, but could use some deep cleaning.

Good value

Jacob's place was very comfortable. Plenty of towels, supplies and comfortable sleeping accomodations. Kitchen was missing a few things - sharper knives and a couple more pots. But the again I like to cook so
