Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. You'll feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet all of the best features of Central Texas are only minutes away. We are 4 miles from Circuit of the Americas, 8 miles from McKinney Falls, 30 minutes from downtown Austin, 30 minutes from the outlet malls in San Marcos, or you can just hang out on the property and enjoy the pool, the patios, the goats, and the flowers.
The space
Studio apartment with private entrance, private bathroom, and stocked kitchen, including fridge and microwave. Queen bed with queen futon, wifi TV, a/c and heat, dining table and chairs, extra linens and towels, shampoo / conditioner / soap. The owners also live on the property and are happy to accommodate special requests.
Guest access
Guests have access to the private pool, multiple patios, BBQ grill, home gym equipment (free weights / bench), and parking at their doorstep.
