We want to welcome you to our never before rented property at Tidemaster 601. This large 3 bedroom corner oceanfront unit has everything you will need to make memories to last a lifetime! Walking into the condo you will notice the thought and care that has been put into our condo. We can not wait for you to experience the oceanfront balcony while watching the sunset on a warm summer evening.

Another great feature of our unit, is the location right near Main Street. Summer concert series, local restaurants, local shops and our favorite ice cream!! All these attractions are just a 5 minute walk away.

A special feature of our property is the amazing sunrises you get from our condo. The way our balcony is situated you can watch the sunrise over the Cherry Grove pier all while laying in bed in the master bedroom! Its something that will make you fall in love with this area over and over again.

Large oceanfront pool area with private beach access. When returning from the beach for the day, we have courtesy rinsing areas on the ramp over the dunes. Its a must before having the kids jump in the kiddie pool one last time!! No need to fight the crowds at a beach access as Tidemaster has one of the nicest accesses in the area. Enjoy numerous sun loungers on the patio deck or bring your favorite beach chair and soak it all in!

Our property features 2 elevators for you to use, and an extra security feature of the building is that you need a code to access the elevators.

When arriving at the property you will have two parking spaces in our dedicated parking lot. You will have (2) parking pass waiting on you inside the condo for your vehicles.

Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, with towels and washcloths waiting for you inside each bathroom. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments.

To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

TV/STREAMING
The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

SMART TV INFO
All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
