3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy all property amenities and contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and go directly to our home. Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!
