House overall was nice, but Surfside Reality was the host we dealt with. Arrived early…house had already been cleaned when we arrived…called to ask if it would be ok to get in the house knowing it was cleaned and ready for our stay. They said we’ll get back with you…no call back. Had to call several times and at 3:30 I talked to Surfside Reality again. The woman got angry at me and was very rude. After she literally let me have it….walked up the stairs to see if our code would work, finally it did. Not a pleasant way to start off your vacation. Paying 5000.00 for a week here I would expect a more pleasant greeting from a host.

The property met all of my expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the necessities we needed for our stay. Everything worked as expected, and we experienced no issues throughout our entire visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
