Deposit Policy:
-The initial deposit: Two nights gross rent or 50% of the gross rent during Festive Season (12/21-1/3)
-The initial deposit will be forfeited for cancellations within 21 days of arrival or ninety (90) days during Festive.
-The balance payment, plus applicable taxes, resort fees, and processing fees shall be paid twenty-one (21) days or ninety (90) during the Festive season before arrival.
-3-night minimum, 5-night minimum during Festive Season
