Bluewater Resort and Marina unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 6. Available only week of June 14 to June 21, 2026. Unit is complete with fully equipped kitchen that includes granite countertops and sit up bars, spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers and a private balcony; bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; Unit has washer and dryer. Resort offers many amenities including 3 pools (1 indoor), a lazy river and kids splash pad as well as hot tub. Resort has a marina with a private dock- free kayaking on the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can fish, kayak, take in sunset views with Pinckney Island Wildlife Nature Reserve just across the water. Bluewater has the largest pool on the island with a lazy river and kids splashpad. Amenities include: BBQ grills, Activities Center with Indoor Pool and Sauna, Fitness Facilities, Lounge and Game Room. Outdoor ping pong and chess; multi-purpose sport court includes basketball, pickleball. Volleyball/badminton, mini putt putt course; shuffle board and bocce ball; Intracoastal Pavilion and covered seating area with swing; Kayaking includes Single and Double Kayak's; boat tie up; 2 EV charging station.
