Absolutely NO cleaning fish on the property. Please hang soiled fishing gear on rear porch and use hose to clean. Do not wash fishy gear in laundry.
Thursday Garbage Pick-up. Sitka is Bear country, do not leave garbage can at street before 7:30am, if possible do not throw food waste until trash day
This is a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you keep noise down, especially after 10pm. We cannot host guests that are planning to throw loud parties.

This property was perfect for our needs! The beds were comfy, the location super convenient to the grocery store, hikes, and not far from downtown Sitka. Check-in was no problem. Definitely would stay there if we came to Sitka again!

Perfect House for Hiking in Sitka

Located one house away from a trailhead for the Sitka Cross Trail (near a waterfall), and comfortably appointed with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our party of four. Also located close to the best of three grocery stores in Sitka (Sea Mart); we enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the house and packing lunch for our hike. If we're ever back in Sitka, we'd love to stay here again.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Living room sectional provided space for us to spread out and relax. 2 plus bathrooms was a big selling point ( very hard to find in Sitka) as we shared with another couple. Everything felt new - we assumed the owners had recently remodeled everything. Sea Mart groceries just down the hill . Would highly recommend this property !

Perfect 2 Bed Sitka House

Very nicely updated duplex (we are selling some properties in Sitka and our realtor got excited when he saw this unit thinking we were going to ask him to sell it too :)-. Comfy beds good showers and a grill in the back to cook your fresh catch of the day!

Mudball weekend

This rental was by far perfect for my softball team, the host was great and she made sure we were well take care of. This weekend we had no internet or cell service when we got to Sitka but she found a way to get me to the rental and help us get squared away would recommend this rental for everyone that’s looking for some peace and quiet while enjoying the each other’s company

Perfect!

Took my family to visit my hometown and this property was perfect for 6 of us. Clean, nicely decorated, great amenities, and we loved hearing the creek outside our bedroom window each night. Any issue we had was addressed immediately by the owner. Her communication was outstanding and appreciated. My daughter left her retainer at the property and the homeowner immediately mailed it to us. Thank you so much. There are not a lot of places to stay in Sitka that can house a large group. So happy we chose to stay here. It was the perfect home base for all our adventures.
