This 55+ community boasts active lifestyle amenities and our home within the community is modern, newly remodeled, spacious, and comfortable. With over 2,000 square feet, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is a relaxing place to enjoy the greater Palm Springs area and Coachella Valley.

There's parking for 2+ vehicles in the carport driveway. We have two bikes that can be used, as well as our electric golf cart.

Enjoy 8 pickleball courts, several tennis courts, an 18-hole executive golf course, three pools, spas, an exercise room, indoor shuffleboard, bocce court, and more.

Centrally located with in the coachella valley, close to bike trails, hiking, major shopping and dining venues, and entertainment.
