Private Oasis in Exclusive Imperial Point Area, Relaxing Heated Pool !

Received a message from this guest 3 days after check in about the garbage disposal being unattached. I responded to the guest within 3 hours, had my cleaner’s husband who is a handy man show up at the house the same day. He said it was odd, may have been tampered with. Kitchen sinks rarely get clogged, normally you use garbage disposal to break down food and we are supposed to wash off food from plates before putting them in dishwasher. Also, not sure where this guest got that we have a grill. Yes we need one, but haven’t gotten around to it yet. I will update the listing once we do. Thanks for checking out reviews : )

Thanks for you review Blake. Would like to clarify a few of your concerns. The bed in the master bedroom was never advertised as a King size bed, there’s always been a queen bed, never a full size. But yes it has been switched out for a newer queen size as it did have a little bit of a sag but it was mainly bc the bed frame needed to get replaced. The pool is service 1-2 times a week as needed. The backyard is very lush and Florida gets winds and rain. So from time to time the backyard can look a little messy from that, but the pool is always serviced and clean no matter what. The AC is set to be used from 72-78 as per Florida recommends. In the past we have had guests set it at 50 (when not locked) and this froze pipes so we are trying to avoid that. We haven’t had any complaints on the settings for AC. We do recommend keeping windows and doors closed if AC is being used.
