This beach front condo is a ground level unit with a king size bed. A queen sized sofa pull out bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, heated pool, hot tub and beach access just steps away from your private patio. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping and live entertainment in Daytona! Also Daytona speedway and convention center are a quick drive away. * There is some construction still going on it is not near this condo unit. Mostly painting. Please excuse the an inconvenience this may cause*

Hello! Iam a single mother of my lovely daughter. We live in ohio. Go Buckeyes! Lol. I train barrel horses for a living and in need of a retirement plan decided to invest in a short term rental property. This is my first time doing this so Iam learning and I hope Iam doing it right! Why they chose this property
There is so much to do in Daytona Beach! With bike week, biketober, jeep week, truck week, the Daytona 500, and all the other races that go on. There are so many stores and restaurants, bars, shops to explore I do not know how anyone could ever be bored in Daytona Beach!
What makes this property unique
We have the biggest pool in Daytona beach and it is heated year round! I love that my unit is on the ground floor with easy access to the beach, pool, and parking lot.
