Chili Pepper Retreat

Upon entry into this lovely home you will walk into our foyer with stairs leading to the living room with a fold out sofa, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, 1/5 bath, and the spacious kitchen with clean counter tops and stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Up the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath to each ensuite. The master bedroom houses a King sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private South facing balcony looking towards the Red River Ski Area's "Face" and overlooking Red River's Main Street and Brandenburg Park. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and a set of twin bunks with it's own private bathroom. This home is complete with Air Conditioning, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi and satellite TV so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous views from each of the decks/balconies and is located a hop, skip and a jump from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, jeep tours, festivals and so much more! This mountainous retreat is great as a romantic vacation or a family destination generation after generation.

Red river vacation

This property was amazing and a perfect Location for our vacation in red river. Close to everything downtown and a nice view. The property owners were great to work with and condo was very nice , comfy beds spacious and very clean and accommodating!!

Short Distance to Main St and Slopes

Family of four stayed here for three nights over Spring Break. Great configuration of beds (king, queen, bunk beds) for parents, teens, and kids. Very small kitchen surfaces was difficult for meal prep and food storage but we made it work. Did not provide much extra supplies (no laundry detergent, only one partial roll of paper towels) but we made it work. Great location and very comfortable stay overall.

Property is very conveniently located; however, the condo’s amenities are quite dated & the bathrooms are very small with nominal counter space. The bedroom with bunk beds has no AC which may be uncomfortable in warmer weather. Also, the skylight in that room makes it extremely bright when the sun comes up.

Location!

We booked this stay sort of last minute, one month before 4th of July. Having AC was a must for me but one of the two bedrooms does not have AC. That was quite brutal but did not ruin our stay. The beds are memory foam; firm but I like firm. The location couldn't have gotten any better. We have a toddler so being directly across the park was perfect. The park is also where all the 4th of July festivities were so we were able to keep the car parked and just walk everywhere. Place could use some updates but then the cost would be more, so no complaints about that.
