Premium Linens are provided with beds made for all arriving guests. Guests of this home also receive reduced greens fees at the Kilmarlic Golf Club, and for a discounted fee, use of the Pine Island Racquet Club and Fitness Center.

This home welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet ($175 minimum) plus tax. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). Puppies are defined as dogs less than 18 months of age.
